Does your cinnamon scroll contain eggs?

No - all our cinnamon scrolls are egg-less!

Do you cater for customers with nut allergies?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cater for nut allergies. While some of our products may not contain nuts as an ingredient, our kitchen regularly works with nuts and we cannot guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination. For your safety, we recommend not consuming our products if you have a nut allergy.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Cinnanata will accept any changes to addresses, delivery dates, messages and flavours if provided with 48 hours notice prior to the delivery date scheduled via contact us form.

Can I cancel/refund my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. However, we want to make things as flexible as possible for you — so you’re welcome to make changes to your delivery date or delivery address free of charge, as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled delivery.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within 30km of the Parramatta, NSW region.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery fee varies depending on your location. In most cases, the cost ranges between $9.95 and $13.95. The exact amount will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.

When are your delivery days?

At this stage, deliveries are only made on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

What are your delivery times?

Our deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 7:00pm.

On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 1 or 2 hour delivery window.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times and are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances.

Do you do same-day delivery?

We don’t offer same‑day delivery, but we’d love to help you plan ahead. We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice so we can prepare everything fresh prior to your delivery.
