Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Cinnanata will accept any changes to addresses, delivery dates, messages and flavours if provided with 48 hours notice prior to the delivery date scheduled via contact us form.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. However, we want to make things as flexible as possible for you — so you’re welcome to make changes to your delivery date or delivery address free of charge, as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled delivery.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within 25km of the Parramatta, NSW region.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.
When are your delivery days?
Deliveries are guaranteed on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. For other dates, please contact us and we’ll confirm if it is possible to deliver on your preferred date.
What are your delivery times?
Our deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a 2‑hour delivery window.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times and are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances.
